Your room will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. In the months from April to October, arrival is possible until 10:00 pm; in the months from November to March we ask you to arrive before 9:00 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00 am.
If you arrive before 3:00 pm, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and use the hotel amenities until your room is ready. If you arrive after 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm, please let us know and we will arrange an individual solution.
One of our trademarks are our individually furnished rooms. We would therefore like to point out that all rooms are different in floor plan and furnishings. We always try to take room requests into account, but cannot guarantee them. We can of course guarantee you a room in the room category you have booked.

Guest card mobil & activ card
As our guests, you will receive our guest card free of charge, with which you can use all local public transport in South Tyrol for free, including some cable cars. You will also have the opportunity to take part in the additional programme on offer.
The prices quoted are per person and night. The price does not include the local tax of €1.70, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years of age) and must be paid on site.
